Laptop crashed using iTunes 7.0 with Windows Vista
Hi,
I was trying to transfer some music from my desktop itunes library to my new sony vaio laptop (VGN-N21S/W) via my wireless network.
One song successfully copied to the laptop but when I tried a second file itunes hung and I haven't been able to restart the laptop.
There was an error to say Windows Explorer was not responding which appeared after I tried to stop itunes in Task Manager.
I tried turning the power off (dangerous I know) but when I powered the laptop up again it still had itunes onscreen and I can no longer access Task Manager.
Please help! Do I need to boot up in safe mode (if so, how?) to end the application, or is the problem more serious than that?
Thanks for any help,
N
***Apologies, have managed to reboot successfully now***
