47C is not too high for your CPU 60C would be though


but you do have room for temp improvement


your Asaka PSU has a horrible reputation for low quailty


I would look for replacement with an Antec Trio Sp-3 550 watt (the 650 watt version would be a better choice for about $30.00 more)


also which cpu cooler heatsink are you using ?


There are alot of fellas that are getting very good results with the Zalman 9500! some are lowering temps by as much as 10C and that heatsink will keep your mobo cooler too, which is a plus
