Core 2 DUO problems!! Possible power problem or overheating!!

Hi,

i having a little trouble with my rig:

Core 2 DUO E6400 @2.454GHz
1Gig Crucial Balistix PC6400 @460.2MHz
X1900XT @695.25/774.0
Mobo :MSI P965 Neo

I was having some random reboots when playing games, so i thought i was having an overheating problem so i stressed my GPU with ATI TOOL and loged the temps, temps were normal and no reboot.

I then moved onto the CPU, I stress tested the CPU with Everest Ultimate Edition and logged the temps with speed fan. the comp rebooted when the CPU hit 47c, i re did the test three times and the comp consistently rebooted at 47c.
47c seems like a pretty good temp for my CPU (although im no expert)
and 2.454GHz is a very low overclock for my CPU.

This leads me to believe that it is a PSU problem?
My PSU:
AKasa 550W powerplus
For amps and rails check out http://www.akasa.co.uk/akasa_english...550ff_bkv1.htm

Any help on what my problem is and how to solve it would be much appreciated.
