If thats under load, 40C is fine although for summer that may require extra cooling. Just take the side casing off when temperatures heat up in summer. For cooling right now, add the front 80mm fan and a 80mm fan for the HDDs and you should be right.
On a side note, your Aux looks pretty hot if that under normal use. I hope you have a good PSU.
