Hello and welcome to TSF.
Well the first problem is that you cannot make a RAID array that was created on the Intel controller work on the Promise controller. If any drives, that was in the original RAID 0 array, was disrupted, you will not be able to bring back that array because the array was broken.

You may still be able to get the array back on line as long as the BIOS still sees it as an actual RAID 0 array. You may be able to do a repair installation of WinXP and get back you old OS. But you still need to load the RAID drivers at the F6 prompt.

The motherboard should have came with a CD that contains the drivers that you can put on a floppy.
