Hello and welcome to TSF.
First thing you need to do is not use the laptop at all. Any further use can make more data unrecoverable because it will write over sectors that are flagged empty but are not.
You will need to remove the drive from the laptop and slave it to another machine. You will then need to run a data recovery program to retrive the data from the drive.
