Try starting in safe mode by tapping F8 once per second when you turn on your computer. From the safe mode menu, choose "Disable automatic restart on system failure". If you finish booting into safe mode, great, if not, post the blue screen error.
If you are able to boot: right click my computer>properties>advanced>startup and recovery settings>uncheck automatically restart under system failure.
Next :Start>run>type in msconfig click the boot.ini tab>check the bootlog option. save and exit. Reboot your computer. hopefully the blue screen error will tell us what's wrong. If not, restart in safe mode, and read bootlog.txt in the root directory
