[resolved]New drive not recognized

Greetings-
I have re-installed Xp on my boss's computer. He had it set as a RAID 0- so I reformated the drive and in the BIOS set it to treat the drive as SATA/PATA.
All went well. Working great.

He bought another drive from Dell and when he hooked it up- it is not seen anywhere (my computer or disk management). Is this a simple case of having to install a jumper to make it a slave? The original two HD in the system did not have a jumper (due to being set up as RAID).
