Your other logs are not showing it. Can you post a copy of the Panda log so I can see where it is?

Delete the following Files indicated in
RED and Folders indicated in
BLUE if they still exist.
C:\WINDOWS\powerreg.dat
If the file resists deletion, boot to Safe Mode and delete.

ComboFix - 2nd Run
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
Post that log (c:\combofix.txt) in your next reply
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
