Hi guys. Reid helped me out a while back and my laptop seemed to be working a tad better. The issues regarding the ATI driver and system restore were not rectified but I did seem clear of spyware.
Now a new problem has occurred - programs won't seem to install. I downloaded the latest version of Norton 2007 (full version) for 50 odd quid and its been downhill from there. It didn't install properly and I cant access it in any way. I can't seem to install iTunes either - it just freezes. I can't remember where the hijack this log was saved to
Please help, my dissertation needs to be done! This laptop seems to be falling apart but I just need it to last until July then it can retire if it has to!
