Make sure you have that jumper set properly on the CMOS setup for operation and not in the clearing mode. Then, take out the battery for a few minutes and see if that helps it to reset to the way it should be. Be sure you get it in the same way that it was taken out.

I tried that and it did not work
I requested a RMA on 9/11 and still have not heard back from them. How long does that usually take?
