Second drive woes!!!
I have an fx60, seagate 320GB (c:), raptor x (G:), asus A8n-32sli, 2GB ocz, 2x 7800gt in SLI. My problem is with the new raptor x listed above as drive G:
I use the seagate drive to run the OS and the other non game related software. The raptor I purchased just for gaming but every time I install a game on it everything goes ok but the game will not run when the icon is clicked. I have never used two drives so I am unsure if I am screwing something up. I tried going into the folder in the G drive but it would not start from there either. I am wasting a lot of time and the frustration is rising. Also both drives are running with sata 2 cables connected to the sata 1 and sata 2 ports on the motherboard. When I install the games i run the setup as usual but when it asks for a location (which always comes up with a C: drive destination) I change it from C: to G:. Everything installs but nothing runs!!!!!! I need help stat!!! Thanks. If needed I am running windows xp home edition sp2. Never have problems running games from C: drive either.
