if you think your cpu is running to hot.there is a few things to try.
1.is your computer really dirty inside that can have a major affect on air flow.
2.is your cpu cooler seated properly.with thermalpaste applied cerrectly.
3.you could always use an aftermarket cooler if you dont already have one.
4.check to see that all your fans are running.
