I have also gone through the game forum and found a similar error with a different game.

There has been mention about a "security update 917422" issue.

I will try that and hope that will work but can someone give me further explanation on this? Whether this is a good resolution? as well as any alternatives just in case it doesn't work?

This of course in addition to the questions to my first post.

I know this is a lot to ask for and I'm terribly sorry for the hassle. Any answer is appreciated. Thank you.
