it has the same audio, graphics, and ethernet controllers as

your service tag # is the key you need to download all
drivers you will need on the dell website
it usually is at the top of the screen on your bios setup screen

if you cannot find your tag # use this one BK89001
everything you need is on the dell site
DO NOT FORGET TO DOWN-LOAD THE BIOS UPDATES

Thanks,

The service tag illustration at Dell looks like it's something marked
by a UPC code on the case.

I have new headache today: disk won't be recognized after running
yesterday and cd not recognized either.

Do you know anything about the IBM Deskstar that comes with these
things?

I'm not using that one because I can't figure out all the jumper crap
listed on the drive. I had to move cd _off_ of the secondary channel, then use a standard cable to use slave and master channels on primary to get any
action out of this box. The deskstar that came with the used computer
was wiped from some office setup.

I'm about ready to throw in the towel on it. But then I make a little
progress and keep going.
