Give this a try:
Right click 'My Computer' ->Go to Properties.
Select the 'Advanced' Tab.
Under 'Performance' click Settings.
Select the 'Advanced' Tab.
Under Vitual memory, click change.

Could you please take a screenshot of what you see here and post it so we can check if it is set 'correctly'.
