Could someone help out here. No place I have looked seems to know...no even HP. I have had a setup with a master and slave drive for over a year. worked great. Two days ago, I opened a bad programs that was loaded with viruses, trojans, etc. locked up everything including internet connection. Finally just did a system restore after unplugging my slave drive to keep from losing anything. Restore went fine, but slave drive is not seen by xp now. Under computer management it shows up there as F-Drive (as it should) and GETDATABACK pulls all the info up just as slave was before recovery. Yet when you click on property tab for slave drive under my computer it says it is empty and asks to format now? I did notice too that under computer management the slave drive does show the files, but is missing the NTFS under the file type.

How can I get XP to see that slave is there?
