This error is caused when you computer has opened the maximum amount of TCP/IP ports. First I would suggest you try running a spyware and anti-virus scans to make sure nothing is connecting that is not suppose to. (links are in my signature). Then run windows update and download all aviable updates. Let us know if this helps.
