partition size doesn't really enter in to it. click the link given above and get the manufacturer's utility. it should wipe out all the bad partition information and leave you with a fresh drive, ready for formatting and a re-install. The
ultimatebootcd also contains the fujitsu diagnostic
as an alternative you can try to repair the partition table with
partition table doctor or a similar utility
trying to boot to a different hard drive would require a repair install of windows on the drive. then that drive wouldn't work on the computer it was taken from without doing yet another repair install.
