Please post the log from NoLOP (sorry, forgot to ask for it, and from Panda Online scan (which I hope you performed, if not, please do so as instructed above).

Also, kindly tell me the contents of these folders:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\start ping chin

Delete this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Messenger Plus!

CLEAR & RESET SYSTEM RESTORE'S CACHE

Go to Start >> Run - type or copy/paste control sysdm.cpl,,4 & press Enter

* Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives
* Click Apply

Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click Apply, and then OK

Also, please do this:

Create an uninstall list:

• Open HiJackThis
• Click on the button " Open the Misc Tools section"
• Click on the Box that says "Open Uninstall Manager"
• Click on the button "Save list"
• Copy and past the List from the notepad file into your post
