I regularly buy from ZipZoomFly and they have been great and responsive to everthing that I have purchased from them over the past few years. In addition, they are many times more reasonably priced than NewEgg where I also purchase a lot of my goods.
However, during the last two purchases from them, I have noticed a slowness to respond to either inquiries about some items and a slowness to ship in a timely manner. Therefore, if it is something that is a quick "must have" item, then make sure they have it in stock and ready to ship when you order the goods.
I think that personally I will re-evaluate my future purchases from them after the last two orders and the delays I experienced. Fox's experience also sends some bad signals that will weigh into my decision about future purchases.
