I am saying that the logs I requested did not show anything. I am concerned about the ZoneAlarm problem but I wanted to see some results before trying to pursue that problem.
I found complaints about True Vector and Zone Alarm so I do not know if there is a problem with Zone Alarm or with your computer. I would try uninstalling Zone Alarm and then reinstalling it. The link below contains information and a file zfix.zip which will remove traces of Zone Alarm.
