System performance has improved and I have not seen a single pop-up. Previously pop ups would occur just going to google.

As far as Pixel goes, Activate.exe does not have a version tab however here is the info from setup.exe in the same folder:

I did not install it, and my wife also does not recall installing this program. There is a chance that a friend of ours may have installed i tbut he is in Korea right now and I can not contact him, He probably would not remember anyways cause he is just like that. Will gladly uninstall through add/remove if you think that method is safe.
