There are some mores services that we can change to Manual.
Click Start->Run - type
SERVICES.MSC & then click on the OK button
- Locate the service – see the list below.
- Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog.
- Change the Startup type to Manual & then click on the OK button
Repeat this for each of the following:
Error Reporting Service
Server:
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
Secondary Logon
Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)
Distributed Link Tracking Client
Security Center
Winamp Agent
QuickTime
iTunes Helper
iPod Service
Then reboot and post back a normal HijackThis Log and let me know how your system is performing.
