Let's have a closer look at your services.

Open HijackThis and click on 'Misc Tools' - you should now be in the 'Configuration' window. Near the top left you will see a button 'Generate StartupList Log' - before clicking check the two boxes 'List Minor Sections' and 'List Empty Sections'. HJT will open the log in Notepad. Copy and paste the contents back in this thread.
