I have a 500 watt Allied AL-B500E power supply. I also have a 400 watt Enlight power supply that I tried on this board to see if that was the problem. It won't boot or even beep or anything even with nothing plugged into it except the power.
Press the power button and the only thing that happens is the power supply fan "starts" to spin for about 1/10th of a second and then the just turns itself off.
