Hi Patrick,

Using 'My Computer', navigate to and delete the ACT! folder--it should be located here:

C:\Program Files\ACT!

See if there is another one located in this path and delete it as well:

C:\Program Files\Symantec\ACT

Try uninstalling Norton again. Please let me know how that went.
