Hi Patrick,

I'll need another report--what I'm looking for is an SQL service that may yet be invoked by Act 6 even though it has been uninstalled.

Go to HijackThis> Config> Misc Tools

Checkmark/tick 'list also minor sections (full)'
Click the 'Generate StartupList log' button
Post the log in your next reply

Norton is fully running on your system right now, so no worries about your system being unprotected.
