My System

If a process named boot.exe is running on your computer, you may have been infected with a strain of the Elem Trojan.

boot.exe is considered to be a security risk, not only because antivirus programs flag Elem Trojan as a trojan, but also because other sites consider it a Trojan as well.

Elem Trojan is likely a Trojan and as such, presents a serious vulnerability which should be fixed immediately! Delaying the removal of boot.exe may cause serious harm to your system and will likely cause a number of problems, loss of data, loss of control or leaking private information.

Are you running a dual boot with linux?

Either way i would recommend you post a log with the trained and helpful professionals at HJT. Check out this first, but do this and post http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...kthis-log.html
