Hello and welcome to TSF.

You are running two antivirus applications at the same time, i.e. AVG Free and TrendMicro. That's not a good practice. Not only this would slow down your system, it would also render it less secure and unstable. Please decide on one of them and then remove the other one via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.

Then, please visit this link and follow the instructions there. After that, come back here and post a fresh HijackThis log please.
