You need great care here ...
do you have SP1 or SP2 installed.
otherwise you'll be limited to 137GB

it is possible that you have created your original drive using software from the manufacturer.
Take great care that anything you do at this point doesn't render it "unrecoverable".

Recovery as Dmitry says would be a first step but you would need a disk large enough to carry the recovered files.
