Hi,

In my opinion, your computer will support this drive under normal circumstances and does meet the requirements on the disk that you have selected.

The only thing that I don't know is what power supply you have in there (Dell puts bare minimum supplies in many products), and don't know if you have added any extras previous to this.

Drives don't take a great deal of juice, so my best guess is that it would be O.K. with the power supply if you have not added other extras before this. You just won't be able to add too many extras to a Dell without difficulties.
