HJT usage is best done under the supervision of trained Helpers. You must promise not to perform any more self-help fixes while we're working together, and only do exactly as instructed. There may be some lag time between replies, but we can get this issue resolved.

If that log you posted is after you "fixed the lot", I'm not exactly sure what the issue might be causing the system to be "running weird".

That said, you have several infections which are showing.....first, let's be sure we can see everything running.
  • Open HJT and click on View the list of Backups.
  • Check each item showing and then click Restore
  • Click Yes.
  • Reboot your system.
  • Post a new HJT log
