Okay I just did a bit of reading and found one site that associates this file to an infection of the MSBLAST worm. Frankly I didn't really trust the site's "authority" but the site was pretty clear on exactly what it was, etc...

Given the fairly high possibility that this could be a serious infection, I would advise following the steps outlined in the stickies of the Securities sub-forum and wait for an expert to help you further. I would also advise not only not trying to repair this yourself, but also to not take suggestions from anyone other than TSF staff on this, as it could be pretty serious and require expert help.
