I get pretty suspicious when files in the temp directory cause problems, as that is where all the malware installs to and operates from. Not to say for sure it IS malware, but I'd be getting rid of that stuff immediately by using "CleanUp", downloadable by a simple Google search.

Okay I just did a bit of reading and found one site that associates this file to an infection of the MSBLAST worm. Frankly I didn't really trust the site's "authority" but the site was pretty clear on exactly what it was, etc...

Given the fairly high possibility that this could be a serious infection, I would advise following the steps outlined in the stickies of the Securities sub-forum and wait for an expert to help you further. I would also advise not only not trying to repair this yourself, but also to not take suggestions from anyone other than TSF staff on this, as it could be pretty serious and require expert help.
