I would go with the first board - the P5B-E. With that power supply, you'll only be able to use one 7950, so you don't need the SLI option. The P5B and P5B-E both support DDR2-800 RAM, but the P5NSLI only supports DDR2-667. (DDR2-800 will be better for gaming.) If you have the money, I'd get the P5B-E, but if you're trying to keep the cost down, get the P5B.
