That's a hard decision....each is as good as the other.
Having said that, there are a couple of things to consider: Budget: PSU and CPU.
It's pointless getting such a good motherboard if you are going to power it with a 'cheapie' PSU, or a small CPU.
Another point to consider is RAM...don't be mislead into thinking that 512Mb will be enough...you need to really consider 1Gb+ with a good 550W PSU to get these babies to 'rock n' roll'!
