I would ditch the psu and get this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341001

I would get a bigger hdd (rather than 80 gig) and add a second one if you can find room in your buget, all computers should have 2 just for backup, IMHO.

You don't need heatspreaders for the ram there junk and I think they actually trap heat, the value select will be great as long as you don't plan to OC
