All time faves would have to be:
RPG - Morrowind, closely followed by Oblivion.
RTS - BFME for single player, BFME 2 for Multi.
FPS - Far Cry, Operation Flashpoint, Original Doom for old school style.
Sim - X2: The threat (haven't played X3 yet).
Other - Knights of the Old Republic 2, Black and White 2.
