You will need your winxp cd, and some blank floppys.. Do a google for
xp boot floppy and it should walk you through the process. I have done
this with win 2000 but never xp, should be straight forward enough
though. You will need a pc in order to do this,borrow a friends, or here
in the U.S. folks use the library.....Sounds like your mbr got whacked
somehow, maybe a bug. I could be totally going in the wrong direction as
well.
