Download SDFix
Please download
SDFix and save it to your Desktop, but don't do anything else with it yet.
Reboot
Reboot your system to Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key until the menu appears and choosing Safe Mode from the list. On some systems, this may be the F5 key so try that if F8 doesn't work. Login on with your usual account. Make sure to close any open windows.
Run SDFix- Right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract All.
- Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat. Type Y to begin the script.
- It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
- Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
- Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.
- When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
- The tool will produce a file called Report.txt in the SDFix folder. Please include the contents of that file with your next report.
Reboot
Reboot your system to Normal Mode.
Please post the contents of
Report.txt along with
a new HijackThis log after it's finished and you've rebooted. How is your machine behaving now?
