Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall anything that says NSIS Media or NSIS Media Extension. If you can't find anything like that, try running this file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\NSIS\uninst.exe. That should uninstall it.

Delete the following files and folders if they still exist:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\NSIS
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\chrome\nsis.jar
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kbdicp.dll

Please perform an BitDefender Online Scan using Internet Explorer. Once finished, click on the Details button to view the results. To the upper right of the results you will see an option saying "Click here to export the scan results". Please do so and save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the results of the scan with your next post.

Post the results of the BitDefender scan along with one more HijackThis log. How's your machine behaving now?
