Delete this file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\~isdwt.tmp
Copy the contents of the code box below into a new notepad document (not wordpad).
Click file> save as...> call it check.bat > file types *all files*> and save it to desktop.

Close Notepad and then double-click the
check.bat file. It will run for a little bit and open Notepad with a log in it. This log will be saved as
logit.txt. Please post the contents of this log with your next post.
Clear Cookies
Clear your IE cookies. Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options>General. Under
Temporary Internet Files, click on
Delete Cookies. Then click
Delete Files.
