Im currently using Windows2000 server using Raid across 4 36gb SCSI drives.

We have been having some software problems and was told to defrag the D drive as its currently sitting at 95%, but i was under the impression raid drives cannot be fragmented...Is this true?

Also if Raid drives are showing as 95% fragmented (every server we have shows this) does this cause any serious system problems?
