Use Everest, it will tell you in the system summary.

The easiest way to increase your laptops performance is to install more RAM. It is best to have at least 512 MB, but if possible, get 1 GB.

That laptop has an Athlon XP, so it should take PC2100 RAM. It comes with 256 MB of RAM, but you can increase it to 1 GB, so that should help a lot.
