Replaced and cloned my hard drive, my new one sounds so quiet in comparison, must not have noticed it gradually gettong louder. Since I have done this I have had zero problems, however I'm still running on the mobos graphics.
I have a new graphics card on order but for now, hopefully I have put some if not all of my problems to bed.
