Hi

I have a Dell Latitude d800, running Windows XP Proffesional edition.
For some reason my laptop wont power on unless i move a usb device (ive been using a usb extension cord) in and out of the side port when pushing the power button.
The reason for this completely baffles me.
Any help greatly appreciated.
