Save it for future referance its hard to find.

I recommend going here http://corsair.com

And use their configuator to find ram for your computer.
You would also need to use a ide hardrive and I don't recommend more than 80gig.

One word of caution though, this is a very old computer and I doubt its worth the money to upgrade especially the ram because it won't fit another machine if you get a new one and can be expensive.

A ide hdd could possibly be used in another machine in the future if you decide to get one but all in all I would save up for a new build
