I don't think that memory is supported by your board but the description on ebay is not good.
What does the post code say? If its C1h- C5h then that is a memory error and I suggest you go to
http://corsair.com/
And use their configuarator to get some good memory for the board.
Also did you follow artic silvers instructions to clean and apply the thermal paste?
