My System

Pentium III
3 versions, 2 different FSB speeds.

Katmai core built on the 0.25µm process
FSB speed = 100MHz or 133MHz
CPU speeds @ 100MHz FSB = 450, 500, 550, 600MHz
CPU speeds @ 133MHz FSB = 533 or 600MHz Labled B models
Level 2 Cache = 512KB (half speed)
Core voltage = 2.0V
Package = SECC and SECC2

Coppermine core built on the 0.18µm process
FSB speed = 100MHz or 133MHz
CPU speed @ 100MHz = 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 1000MHz Labled E models
CPU speed @ 133MHz = 533, 600, 667, 733, 800, 866, 933, 1000MHz, 1.13GHz Labled EB models
Level 2 Cache = 256KB full speed
Core voltage = 1.65V
Package = SECC2 and FC-PGA (socket 370)

Tualatin core built on the 0.13µm process
FSB Speed = 133MHz
CPU speed = 1.0, 1.13, 1.2, 1.26, 1.33, 1.4GHz
Level 2 Cache = 256KB, 512KB on the PIII-S
Core Voltage = 1.45V
Package - FC-PGA (socket370)

All PII & PIIIs have 16 +16 KB Level 1 Cache

One must also note that you cannot put a Tualatin core CPU in a motherboard that will only accept a Coppermine CPU.
